I integrate art therapy with solution-focused strategies to create a deeply personal and creative therapeutic experience. I use various art forms, such as painting and ceramics, as a way to help clients explore their emotions and gain insights that might be difficult to express through words alone. This creative process, combined with my training in trauma-informed therapy, allows me to meet clients where they are, offering compassionate, direct guidance to help them thrive. I focus on uncovering and amplifying the strengths that already exist within each individual, helping them navigate challenges in a way that feels affirming and empowering. Whether through one-on-one sessions or group therapy, my goal is always to help clients not just survive but actively thrive in a supportive, expressive space.

Outside of being a therapist, I love spending my free time creating art in various forms, from watercolor and scrapbooking to mixed media. I’m passionate about exploring pop culture and enjoy walking through the community I live in, finding inspiration and connection along the way. Art and community play a big role in my life, both personally and professionally.
