Together, we’ll create a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, experiences, and challenges. The approach is built on collaboration, using art and conversation as tools to express what might feel hard to put into words. Whether working through past experiences, navigating present challenges, or building a vision for the future, the process is tailored to honor your unique story and strengths. Creativity becomes a bridge to deeper self-understanding and healing, always centered on what matters most to you.

Outside of therapy, I’m someone who thrives on creativity, connection, and finding joy in the little things. You might find me wandering through nature, sketchbook in hand, or spending quality time with my family and my dogs, who are constant sources of laughter and love. I’m passionate about sustainability and enjoy exploring ways to live more harmoniously with the world around us. I’m also a big fan of puns, cozy moments, and fostering community—whether through shared experiences or heartfelt conversations. These parts of my life fuel the empathy and creativity I bring into the therapy space, helping us connect in a way that feels authentic and supportive.
