A Non-Judgmental, Compassionate Approach to Helping You Embrace Your Authentic Self

My Commitment to Understanding and Empowering You

As your AuDHD (Autistic & ADHD), non-binary, transgender, and disabled therapist, I am committed to creating a space where you feel safe, seen, and understood. My goal is to help you explore your lived experiences without judgment, and to understand how your brain and body process emotions, needs, and boundaries. Together, we will work to make sense of the challenges you are facing and gain clarity on the factors impacting your well-being.

We will take time to build trust and safety in our relationship. As you become more comfortable, I will encourage you to explore past experiences that may be shaping the patterns you are seeing in your life today. By connecting these pieces, you will gain a deeper understanding of yourself and your journey.

Through compassionate, curious, and non-judgmental care, I will help you cultivate the self-awareness and skills needed to live authentically. You do not have to navigate this path alone—help is here, and I will walk alongside you every step of the way.

Anya’s specialties

Autism & ADHD

Living as a neurodivergent individual, whether autistic, ADHD, or both, can present unique strengths and challenges. In this space, your neurodivergent identity will be respected and celebrated, offering the support you need to navigate life authentically.

trauma & cPTSD

The journey to healing from trauma can be overwhelming, but you do not have to face it alone. In this space, your trauma is met with compassion and care, helping you process difficult experiences and build resilience in your own time.

autism and adhd assessment

If you are seeking clarity about an autism or ADHD diagnosis, this assessment process is designed to provide you with understanding and validation. Your strengths and experiences will be central to gaining a clearer picture of who you are.

lgbtqIA+

You deserve a safe, affirming space to explore your gender identity and sexual orientation. This is a place where you can express your true self, be heard, and receive the understanding and support needed to navigate the complexities of living authentically.

art therapy

Art therapy gives you the freedom to express emotions and experiences in ways that words cannot. Through creative exploration, you will have a safe outlet to process feelings and gain new insights into your internal world.

consultation & supervision

For fellow therapists, consultation and supervision offer a collaborative space to explore complex cases, enhance your skills, and deepen your understanding of working with neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients. Support is available to help you grow in your practice with confidence and competence.

Gender-Affirming Surgery Letters

If you need a letter for gender-affirming surgery, this process is meant to be straightforward, respectful, and free of unnecessary barriers. Your identity is valid, your experience matters, and you deserve access to the care you need. My role is simply to provide the documentation required to support your next steps—without gatekeeping or judgment.

  • Your experiences matter, and I tailor my approach to meet your unique needs. • I hold a Master’s degree in Marital and Family Therapy with a specialization in Art Therapy from Loyola Marymount University.
